[JETSKI] RULES AND REGULATION

1. You must strictly follow all instructions provided by the staff for the duration of your trip.
2. The area which you are allowed to navigate is indicated with four red floaters/buoys, located in front of the signed line and 300 meters away from the beach. It is absolutely forbidden to drive out of this zone.
3. You must always remain at least 100 meters away from other jet skis or boats.
4. You will be accompanied by an instructor for the duration of your trip and can provide you with assistance when you need it.
5. IF you encounter any issues with your jet ski, just pull the wire connected to the stop button which will stop the engine and a member of staff will come to assist you. Wave your arms towards the boat where the instructor is, so he knows you need help. Please DO NOT leave the jet ski when faced with this situation.
6. The use of jet skis are not permitted for anybody under the age of 16 unless authorized by a parent or guardian.
7. Before you begin using your jet ski, make sure you have read and understood these rules and regulations. Ask an instructor if you have any questions or doubts.

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
1. You agree to read the rules and regulations and oblige by them.
2. If you breach any of the rules mentioned above, you will be faced with prosecution. In case of any incidents or collisions involving your use of the jet skis with any other jet ski, you will have no claim and will be subjected to prosecution.
3. This activity is covered by a Civil Responsibility Insurance.
4. You accept that you are receiving the jet ski in perfect condition and you are obliged to return the jet ski in the same condition in which you received it.
5. The jet ski rental company is NOT responsible for any injury or damage caused by the use of our equipment, jet skis or using any related service provided.

ACCIDENTS-REPAIRS
In case of accidental damage to any jet skis caused due to the negligence or breach of the above rules and regulations, you will be required to cover the expenses of the repair according to the prices in the jet ski zone of Marbella, and to fill out an accident declaration form with the required details.

LOSS OF KEYS
In case of loss of the key, 25 euros must be paid at the establishment.

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on personal data and their processing, we inform you that the data you provide us by completing this form or Web registration and with the documentation you provide, it will become part of a Record of Treatment Activities, with the following characteristics:

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the provision of the service is maintained or its deletion is not requested by the interested party. It will be kept for a period of 3 years from the last confirmation of interest or termination of the service.

LEGITIMATION: Consent of the interested party. Personal data obtained and provided by the interested party.

RECIPIENTS: No data is transferred to third parties.

RIGHTS: Access, rectify and delete the data, as well as other rights, as explained in the privacy policy of our organization. In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
