Safety Rules

• 1 All users must wear a life jacket at all times; removing it is not permitted under any circumstances.
• 2 A minimum distance of 100 metres must always be maintained from any other vessel.
• 3 The safety lanyard must be attached to your wrist at all times while riding.
• 4 If you lose control of the jet ski, pull the lanyard to stop the engine and wait for a staff member to assist you.
• 5 Riding the jet ski is prohibited for anyone under 18; riders aged 16 and over may ride with parental authorisation.
• 6 Customers will be transported to a platform located 350 metres from shore, where the jet ski will be handed over.
• 7 Riding is only permitted within the marked circuit, indicated by four red buoys spaced 300 metres apart.
• 8 Before starting the activity, make sure you have fully understood all safety rules.

The user agrees to read and comply with all navigation and safety rules set out in this contract. Staff have remote control systems and may stop the jet skis if any danger to other users or swimmers is detected.

Breach of safety rules will result in immediate withdrawal of the jet ski with no right to a refund. Any user who violates these safety or navigation rules will be liable before the competent Spanish authorities.

This activity is covered by Civil Liability insurance.

In case of an accident or damage caused by improper use, repair costs must be paid at the establishment.

If the key is lost, a charge of €25 must be paid at the establishment.
